Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with tech, consulting, or government contracting.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment and strategy.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Experience with external sourcing firms and executive partners.
• Ability to improve candidate experience and employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead full Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to growth.
• Serve as primary recruiter for all open positions across the company.
• Translate business priorities into workforce and hiring plans.
• Shape enterprise talent strategy by aligning external hiring with internal mobility.
• Define success metrics across quality, speed, diversity, and stakeholder experience.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation trends to inform market positioning.
