Sedron Technologies is seeking a Talent Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, partnering with the Chief People Officer to set strategy and drive hiring for senior and specialized roles. The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience and alignment with Sedron's employer brand.

The position offers location flexibility, with preference for candidates near Sedro-Woolley, WA; Bellingham, WA; or Chicago, IL. Some travel to offices is expected on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership-level searches.
• Experience owning recruiting programs and managing agency partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full talent acquisition function from workforce planning to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build recruiting plans.
• Develop scalable interview processes, scorecards, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead executive and elevated recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer brand across locations.
