Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in TA coordination, TA operations, and/or full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting engineering and technical talent.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within the TA function.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
• Source candidates using SeekOut, job boards, networking, and proactive outreach strategies for engineering and technical roles.
• Maintain accurate data in UKG and other recruiting systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Support process improvements and collaborate with TA Operations and HR partners to enhance efficiency.
