Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts within our organization. You will collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement innovative sourcing opportunities and continually improve our ability to attract, hire, and retain exceptional individuals.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, tailor candidate experiences, and work with local and regional partners to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of prior experience in a recruitment-related area.
• Ability to effectively consult, influence and negotiate changes on matters related to the recruitment cycle.
• Prior experience in a health care or hospitality company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full Recruitment Cycle: Conduct the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles and locations, collaborating with hiring leaders.
• Candidate Experience: Manage the overall candidate experience, ensuring the recruitment process is attractive, responsive, and timely.
• Sourcing Tactics: Implement effective sourcing tactics, including internal and external methods to reach passive candidates.
• Partnership Collaborations: Support partnerships with external groups to increase the candidate pipeline.
• Metrics Tracking: Track metrics related to sourcing and selection, including time to fill, interview-to-hire conversion, and 90-day retention.
