• 3+ years in full cycle recruitment for executive roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to deliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.
• Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong use of data and market insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Lead recruiting for salaried roles and align TA strategies with workforce plans.
• Coach and develop a team of 4+ recruiters to deliver inclusive hiring outcomes.
• Oversee all salaried recruiting activity and ensure timely, equitable hiring practices.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative support throughout hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards to ensure competitive compensation discussions.
