Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will leverage data, external best practices, and stakeholder collaboration to optimise hiring outcomes while delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategic talent acquisition.
• At least three years of experience in full cycle recruitment for executive positions.
• Committed to collaborating with HR partners and business stakeholders with a candidate-centric approach.
• Proven ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead salaried recruiting for the business and manage a team of 4+ recruiters.
• Oversee all salaried recruiting activity for the business and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver an integrated talent acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits strategies to stay competitive.
• Drive DEI sourcing initiatives and track progress against DEI goals.
