Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 in leadership.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and HR software.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of labor laws and inclusive hiring.
• Experience building diverse, high-performing teams.
