The role drives workforce planning, establishes data-informed sourcing programs, and partners with clinical and HR leaders to meet staffing needs while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in a fast-paced health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR‑related field required.
• 5 years of recruitment experience and 3 years of leadership experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with large-scale teams and high-volume hiring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 12–15 recruiters and coordinators.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategy, programs and policies.
• Own full-cycle hiring oversight for full-time, part-time, and temporary roles.
• Lead workforce planning and hiring forecasts with leaders and HR partners.
• Build and strengthen employer brand within acute/post-acute care.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to drive improvement.
• Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition Advisors and Specialists.
• Partner with hiring leaders to fill high-acuity roles.
• Ensure licensure, credentialing, and hiring requirements are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality and operational efficiency in a fast-changing environment.
