Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist stationed at the Global Headquarters in Neenah, WI (onsite).

You will own end-to-end recruiting for corporate and manufacturing roles, partnering with leadership and HR Business Partners to drive selection best practices, and build strong candidate pipelines. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, assessments, and onboarding support through day one, with a focus on Plexus culture, benefits, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present with professional language.
• Self-motivated, assertive, able to work independently and with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, phone screening, assessment, selection, onboarding support through first day.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to align on needs and criteria.
• Build candidate pipelines via proactive networking and outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Partner with Brand Experience team on recruitment branding initiatives.
• Advise managers on candidate fit for roles, teams, and Plexus.
• Reinforce selection best practices across the process.
• Develop knowledge of Plexus culture, benefits, products, and services.
