Plexus is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist stationed at the Global Headquarters in Neenah, WI (onsite).

You will own end-to-end recruiting for corporate and manufacturing roles, partnering with leadership and HR Business Partners to drive selection best practices, and build strong candidate pipelines. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, assessments, and onboarding support through day one, with a focus on Plexus culture, benefits, and services.

Full lifecycle recruiting impact. Based at Plexus Global Headquarters in Neenah, WI (onsite), this Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist role is part of a 10-person Corporate Talent Acquisition team supporting salaried hiring across corporate and manufacturing functions. You will partner closely with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate needs, guide selection best practices, and take ownership of strategic recruiting work.

Compensation: USD 79,200 - 118,800 per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to align on hiring and business needs, qualifications, and selection criteria.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive networking, advertising, and outreach, including messaging and engagement via platforms such as LinkedIn to reach passive talent.
• Partner with the internal Brand Experience team on recruitment branding initiatives.
• Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, phone screening, assessment, selection, and onboarding support through a candidate’s first day.
• Advise managers on candidate fit for the role, the team, and the company.
• Support retention-focused hiring by reinforcing selection best practices across the process.
• Develop strong knowledge of Plexus, including culture, benefits, products, and services, to effectively present the company, the role, and the career opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of related experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to use appropriate technical language and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and assertive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with people across the company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to use general office equipment and materials.
