Plexus Corp. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Wisconsin to partner with leadership and HR partners to attract top talent and manage full-cycle recruitment. You will source, interview, assess, and onboard new hires, building networks and advising managers on candidate fit.

You will advocate for best practices, work across functions, and help grow Plexus's inclusive culture while delivering a strong candidate experience and ensuring timely hiring across business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to managers.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to determine hiring needs and criteria.
• Sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding top talent; build passive candidate networks.
• Advise managers on candidate fit and best hiring practices to improve retention.
