Job summary

Plexus Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to partner with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring leaders to anticipate and fill open roles across the organization. You will proactively source, engage, and pre-screen high-quality passive candidates using advanced techniques.

You will map labor market trends, promote Plexus as an employer of choice, and maintain data in ATS/CRM with attention to compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray searches, candidate aggregators, ATS/CRM).
• Strong communication skills for compelling outreach and stakeholder collaboration.
• Analytical ability to interpret labor market trends and translate data into search strategies.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain pipeline accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to qualify requirements and shape sourcing strategies.
• Actively hunt and build talent pipelines across channels using proactive sourcing techniques.
• Conduct personalized candidate outreach and initial pre-screening.
• Map labor market trends and promote Plexus employer branding.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM and ensure process compliance.
• Understand Plexus business needs to pitch opportunities effectively.
