Job summary

PayneCrest Electric, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, partnering with business leaders to align workforce plans with project demands and business priorities.

The successful candidate will drive proactive sourcing, build robust pipelines, guide candidates through interviews and offers, and continuously improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience with multiple concurrent searches.
• Success recruiting exempt professionals in construction, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategies aligned with workforce planning and project needs.
• Guide candidates through the interview and assessment process and help leadership with offers.
• Lead recruiting efforts from experienced contributors to executive leadership roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, networking, and referrals.
• Develop outreach messaging and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Direct candidate communication to ensure a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies as needed.
• Stay current on employment trends and recruiting best practices.
