You will work with creative professionals to advance modern recruitment practices for OA and the entire state, managing multiple projects and events.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, stakeholder management, social media support, and data-driven process improvements to attract top public service talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field, or 3–5 years of talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Successful background check results are required for employment.
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Float from one project to another and help where needed.
• Manage MO Benefits to engage potential job seekers and current State of Missouri team members about the total compensation benefits package.
• Be successful in developing, implementing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attend events as needed as coverage for recruiters to include colleges/universities, high schools and civic organizations.
• Demonstrate success in managing stakeholder relationships. This position requires working with multiple levels of employees, across the statewide enterprise.
• Be very comfortable with social media. Support developing and sharing content to garner more followers and build excitement.
• Monitor process improvement efforts for Talent Acquisition and Department of Personnel initiatives. Share data and stories through metrics of success.
