The Office of Administration (OA), Office of Employee Engagement, is transforming its approach to end-to-end talent management to better serve the citizens of Missouri. To help move this effort forward, we are looking for a professional to support the delivery of a modern recruiting program for our department.
The focus of this Human Resources Generalist (Recruiter) role will be full‑cycle recruitment for the Office of Administration. The right candidate will successfully partner with a variety of hiring managers and meet their individual recruitment needs. Both innovative and traditional recruitment strategies will be used to source all possible talent pools. This role includes front‑line recruiting activities such as coordinating events with schools and agencies, as well as sourcing candidates directly. The position is fast‑paced with many details to manage at once. The right person will thrive in an evolving environment as we continue building a modern recruitment approach for OA. The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
