Specifically, the Division of Personnel (DOP) is looking for a human resources professional to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team! You will work with a group of creative, talented professionals as we advance modern recruitment practices for OA and the entire state of Missouri! We work hard and with a sense of urgency - we do the important work of helping attract new talent to public service! You will enjoy a rewarding contribution to the greater good while having some fun along the way.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

Qualifications - All you need for success
Professional skills as those that may be learned through a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or similar field, or three to five years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources. Additional education and/or experience may substitute for these qualifications.

This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment. The Office of Administration will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
