Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team during an exciting period of expansion. In this role, you will support and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and is passionate about improving recruiting processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on organizational growth while contributing to the development of scalable talent acquisition strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to manage recruiting activities across multiple open positions.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Facilitate timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and maintaining engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gather interview feedback, assess candidate suitability, and support hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, supporting offer negotiations and successful candidate acceptance.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity, to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Support and enhance the organization's internship program, helping to build a sustainable pipeline of emerging talent.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience supporting full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or related industries is preferred.

Salary range: $60,000- $80,000

Pay Range

$70,000 - $90,000 USD
