Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years leading teams, programs, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience in industrial construction, engineering, manufacturing, energy, oil and gas.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience with workforce initiatives, strategic planning, talent acquisition, forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using metrics and market intelligence for decisions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management.
• Knowledge of employment practices and laws.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of strategic hiring professionals for enterprise roles.
• Partner with engineering, project leadership, and other leaders to identify talent needs.
• Translate forecasts and workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies.
• Develop robust talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Advise leaders on talent availability and labor market conditions.
• Align external hiring with broader talent management objectives.
• Monitor workforce demand trends and talent gaps.
• Drive sourcing initiatives to attract skilled talent.
• Improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Report on metrics like fill rate, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Develop talent attraction strategies for top markets.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Provide data-driven workforce planning to executive leadership.
