Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
3+ years recruiting engineering, design or leadership talent in EPC/industrial sectors.
Proven success recruiting engineers, designers, and leaders.
Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, negotiations, hiring).
Proven ability to identify passive candidates via direct sourcing.
