Job summary

Zachry Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interview processes across projects in the Geismar area. You will ensure project-specific labor and legal requirements are met while supporting a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions, reporting staffing data, and maintaining accurate job descriptions. Strong MS Office skills and team collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Effective use of customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective use of communication and collaboration skills for working in a team or individually.
• Ability to plan, make decisions, and manage priorities/tasks.
• Technical skills with standard software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.

Responsibilities

• Sources and screens candidates and conducts preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate site interviews with hiring managers to select qualified candidates for project needs.
• Manage employment requisitions including review, editing and final approval.
• Track and report staffing data using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
• Assist in building and managing Employment Staffing Plans with hiring requirements.
• Builds and updates job descriptions based on project scope.
• Coordinates redeployment initiatives and communicates with employees before end dates.
• Conducts background checks, drug health screen, I-9, E-Verify, and site-specific paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
