Qualifications

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, risks, and hiring strategies.
• Design scalable recruiting policies, processes, and governance.
• Develop employer branding and diverse talent pipelines.
• Oversee recruiting technology, analytics, and vendor relationships.
• Build and coach a high-performing recruiting organization.
