Responsibilities

• Develop a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth.
• Establish repeatable processes, metrics, tools, and recruiting practices that reflect the brand and culture.
• Advise the executive team on all elements of talent acquisition.
• Supervise initial staff of two professionals and foster a learning environment.
• Build campus presence to create a talent pipeline and recruit top talent.
