Job summary

Jupiter Power is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development to lead our end-to-end recruitment strategy and build a scalable employee development framework.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to attract, hire, and develop top talent while ensuring alignment with growth aims. This role is based in Houston, Austin, or Chicago with a minimum of three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across talent acquisition and/or talent development.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• Experience designing and implementing employee development or training programs.
• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Strong operational mindset with scalable processes and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location or hybrid work environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable talent plans.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to HR and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and scalability.
• Design structured employee development framework.
• Lead learning programs including onboarding and leadership development.
• Establish career paths and growth frameworks.
• Evaluate external training vendors and platforms.
• Track training effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide development frameworks to support performance management.
• Partner with HR Manager to align recruiting, onboarding, and performance.
