Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a skilled Staffing & Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and contingent workforce programs in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with managers, agencies, and campuses to align workforce needs with business priorities.

The role emphasizes process improvements, cost control, onboarding, and a positive candidate experience across multiple sites, including university engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or high-volume staffing.
• Experience managing temporary or contingent workforce programs.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and selection skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of temporary staffing.
• Serve as the main point of contact for staffing agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate high-volume recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of temporary employees.
• Monitor agency performance, including fill rates, quality of hires, and responsiveness; address gaps and drive improvements.
• Validate timesheets, oversee billing accuracy, and ensure cost control and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong agency partnerships for qualified labor access.
• Partner with operations leaders to forecast workforce needs and ensure staffing coverage.
• Implement and improve processes related to contingent workforce efficiency, compliance, and experience.
