Greenfield Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver recruitment and workforce solutions across multiple business units in Seneca, SC.

This full-time role focuses on managing temporary and contingent staffing while supporting full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions. You will partner with hiring managers, maintain onsite HR presence, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or high-volume staffing, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience managing temporary or contingent workforce programs.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and selection processes.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple units, including temporary and permanent roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate high-volume recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of temporary staff.
• Monitor agency performance and drive improvements.
• Validate timesheets, oversee billing accuracy, and ensure cost control.
• Maintain ATS/HRIS data accuracy and ensure compliance.
• Support HR operations onsite and contribute to employee relations.
• Develop employer branding and recruitment content.
• Participate in audits and policy updates to ensure compliance.
