Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive the full life cycle recruitment process, identifying opportunities, recruiting, and fulfilling positions in the Jacksonville area. You will grow the client base, build relationships with hiring managers, and manage terms and the end-to-end hiring process from posting to placement.

The role emphasizes sales acumen, recruiting expertise, and a strong drive to succeed, with potential for national or mid-market

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales - either as an Account Manager or in Business Development.
Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented, money-motivated.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop new client opportunities and present Judge Direct Placement services.
Build relationships with client hiring managers and senior executives.
Develop job postings, screen and present qualified candidates, and manage hiring processes.
Source and screen top talent using industry tools and social platforms.
Conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in person to qualify candidates.
Expand and maintain the client base to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
