Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales, BD, Account Management or Recruiter roles.
• Strong desire to build a career in Recruiting and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a client base through strategic outreach and meetings.
• Identify opportunities, recruit, and fulfill positions for clients.
• Negotiate terms and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
