The Judge Group is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Professional in Jacksonville, FL. As a Direct Placement Recruiter, you will drive business growth and deliver top-tier talent solutions across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and sales & marketing sectors.

You will oversee full life cycle recruitment, develop job postings, search, screen, and place professionals, while expanding the client base through strategic sales activities and relationship building with hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiter roles.
• Proven track record in sales – Account Manager or Business Development.
• Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, money-motivated.
• Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach, including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings.
• Relationship Building: Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives.
• Recruitment Management: Recruit, evaluate, and place professionals in full‑time roles; develop postings, search, screen, and present candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with top candidates; conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Pipeline Maintenance: Expand and maintain the existing client base to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
