Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy across the organization, including Fiserv Forum and related entities. You will partner with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or communications or related field.
• 5+ years in progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience designing onboarding, internship, university recruiting, or early career programs.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting technologies, and talent analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Commitment to exceptional candidate, intern, hiring manager, and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, part-time, seasonal, and leadership positions.
• Consult with hiring managers on job requirements, candidate profiles, interview strategies, and hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, professional organizations, and community groups.
• Oversee the interview and selection process to ensure consistency, compliance, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activity, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
• Own onboarding program from offer acceptance through new hire integration.
• Partner with leaders to create a welcoming, engaging onboarding experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, communications, resources, and orientation programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the new hire experience and accelerate productivity and engagement.
• Own the internship program including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation.
• Partner with hiring managers to create impactful internship assignments and learning opportunities.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives throughout the lifecycle.
