Job summary

You will conduct screens, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while using ATS tools such as SuccessFactors and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related discipline, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and professional-level positions.
• Proven ability to source diverse candidate slates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for designated roles across the business unit.
• Develop job postings and screen candidates to align with requirements.
