Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline or 4 years of relevant experience in recruiting or HR.
• Experience performing full-cycle recruiting for exempt, professional roles is preferred.
• Ability to source diverse candidate slates and use creative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting and consulting to hiring managers across designated business units.
• Post positions on internal/external sites and third-party boards; build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews; guide managers through the recruiting process.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and HR policies.
• Develop pre-screening questions; manage data in SMO ATS; maintain documentation.
• Develop salary recommendations with Compensation; extend offers and negotiate terms.
• Support diversity initiatives and build relationships with diverse organizations.
