Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II / Senior for its Middle River, MD facility. This 6-month fixed-term role requires full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers, with onsite work and travel to other Rocket Lab sites as needed.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and use Greenhouse to optimize recruiting processes. The role emphasizes diverse talent pipelines, strong communication, and the ability to support high-priority hires across engineering and nonexempt roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience (Senior TA Partner I).
• Experience recruiting for high-volume nonexempt roles and/or engineering roles such as production, manufacturing, test, mechanical, electrical, systems, propulsion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements and expectations for open positions.
• Manage the full hiring life-cycle from sourcing to extending offers.
• Screen candidates and guide them through the interview process.
• Build a diverse pipeline of talent through sourcing, cold calling, and networking.
• Use Greenhouse to build reports and analyze recruiting metrics for process improvements.
• Travel to support hiring at other sites including Wallops Island VA and Middle River, MD.
