Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Partner to improve recruiting operations, analytics, and reporting. You will partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and Data & Analytics to optimize processes and technology while driving scalable, data-informed decisions.

You will develop dashboards, maintain ATS workflows, and lead change management efforts to strengthen service delivery and recruiter/candidate experiences within a large healthcare system in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Five years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Operations experience.
• Experience developing operational reports and dashboards.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Healthcare or matrixed organization experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations, standardize practices, and enhance the recruiter and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to support hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruiting dashboards and metrics to monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and evaluate process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
• Lead or support ATS implementations or optimizations and provide system user support.
