Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Non-supervisory experience: eight (8) years in planning strategic initiatives, business development, or healthcare management.
• Supervisory experience: one to two (1-2) years overseeing strategic/technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Strategy Office initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with ANTHC's goals and vision.
• Gather and analyze market trends, build business cases, and forecast volume and utilization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive organizational effectiveness.
