Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on IT systems, infrastructure, or application support.
• Experience with networks, servers, and secure systems environments.
• Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Experience in secure, regulated federal environments.
• Ability to execute changes via governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CCQDER network, servers, storage, and desktops.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software across systems.
• Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Coordinate with CDC OCIO and enterprise IT teams.
• Support data workflows and research tool deployments.
