Job summary

Leidos seeks a Systems Administrator to support the Intelligence Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) at Fort Meade. You will maintain Linux and Windows infrastructure in secure environments, manage networked services, virtualization, storage, and security controls to meet SSPs and STE/STN requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive system administration experience and strong troubleshooting skills to operate in a high‑trust mission context.

Qualifications

Ten years of System Administrator experience in similar scope and complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Five additional years of System Administration experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, diagnosing and resolving issues from OS to application layer.
Configure and maintain core enclave infrastructure services including DHCP, DNS, domain services, identity management, and authentication.
Deploy and support virtualized and containerized environments and manage compute, storage, networking, and system resources.
Maintain security tools and configurations to support DoD cybersecurity requirements and SSPs/STE/STN activities.
Provide day‑to‑day administration in classified environments, ensuring reliability and mission readiness.
Support complex operational environments and independently diagnose issues to sustain infrastructure availability.
