Job summary

Department of Enterprise Services (DES) in Olympia seeks a Business Operations & Systems Analyst to lead a major system rollout across four divisions. You will train staff, analyze complex operations, and act as liaison between IT and business teams, supervising a Management Analyst 4 and representing the Facility Operations Program Manager.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and data-driven problem solving to improve facilities operations and procurement workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, health administration, or related field (required).
Five (5) years of experience demonstrated in two or more areas: research/policy analysis, business analysis/requirements, leading projects/operations, policy development, supervising.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement Mainsaver software and business app enhancements across four divisions.
Consult with team members to assess software requirements and oversee data conversion/UAT.
Prepare project summaries and track key performance measures.
Collaborate with internal/external teams, customers, and vendors to streamline communication and system implementation.
Facilitate data activities: conversion, bridging, cleansing; interface with Mainsaver on upgrades.
Provide direction, coaching, and supervisory support to direct reports.
Maintain data integrity and daily operations for Mainsaver; troubleshoot before IT escalation.
Other duties as needed.
