SPCC is seeking a Supervised Visitation Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for our SVP, ensuring high-quality, safe services and strong accountability for outcomes, budget, staffing, and compliance. The role leads the SVP team and collaborates with agency leadership and partners to align with mission-driven, family-centered practices.

Hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm with additional evening or weekend availability as needed; the position is hybrid, requiring collaboration across Visitation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership experience may substitute.
• Experience supervising teams in human services/child welfare strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, family-centered approaches and equity.
• Ability to translate priorities into measurable goals, timelines, and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction for SVP programming and translate priorities into goals and timelines.
• Establish best-practice standards for services to children and families.
• Hold final accountability for SVP service quality, outcomes, and compliance.
• Oversee SVP data, outcomes, and reporting to inform decisions and improvements.
• Supervise and support SVP leadership and staff through reflective supervision.
