Job summary

SPCC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Supervised Visitation Services to lead a team of Visitation Specialists serving children and families involved in complex custody, child welfare, and family court matters. You will provide reflective supervision, coaching, and operational leadership with trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Candidates without a degree may be considered with 5+ years of trauma-focused child welfare experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with at-risk children, youth, and families in trauma contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide reflective, administrative, and operational supervision to Visitation Specialists.
• Lead meetings, staff training, coaching, performance management, and QA activities.
• Support scheduling, caseload oversight, documentation review, data management, and timecards.
• Collaborate with courts, funders, and partners to ensure coordinated case planning.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, supervision, and staff development in an inclusive environment.
• Monitor program performance via file reviews, data collection, and quality improvement.
• Provide leadership in high-conflict or crisis situations as a program resource.
