Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Project Engineer Specialist – Logistics to lead design, implementation and optimization of logistics solutions across Ferrero's global manufacturing network. You will manage complex projects involving warehouses, AMR/AGV systems and intralogistics, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver standardized, efficient solutions.

The role requires a mechanical/automation background, strong project management skills, knowledge of SAP EWM, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Around 5 years of experience in engineering project management.
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects in logistics/manufacturing.
Knowledge of warehouse automation and intralogistics systems.
Familiarity with SAP EWM and automation environments.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end logistics engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
Develop and optimize warehouse and intralogistics solutions with automation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Automation, Utilities and Purchasing.
Manage interfaces with external suppliers, system integrators and logistics partners.
Support CAPEX planning, budgeting and investment evaluations.
