Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company seeking a Surgical Sales Executive to drive clinical sales within an assigned territory. You will partner with Territory Sales Executives to lead product evaluations, standardize procedures, and deliver value-based perioperative solutions.

The role demands strong clinical knowledge, experience with surgical products, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems to achieve revenue growth.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative/clinical experience required.
• Strong clinical knowledge within surgical or perioperative environments.
• Experience with surgical products and SPD workflows considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own Surgical Sales Territory Strategy and Forecasting, including account plans.
• Lead product evaluations, conversions and clinical education in OR settings.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Executives to drive growth and adoption of perioperative solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast accuracy, and stakeholder mapping across departments.
