Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Surgical Sales Executive to drive clinical sales for the surgical portfolio in an assigned territory. You will partner with Territory Sales Executives and cross-functional teams to lead product evaluations and implement value-based perioperative solutions.

The role requires 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative experience, strong clinical knowledge, and ability to navigate hospital systems to achieve revenue growth. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative/clinical experience.
• Experience with surgical products and SPD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead product evaluations and drive adoption of perioperative solutions.
• Develop territory strategy, account plans, and forecast accuracy.
• Manage pricing within guardrails and pursue contract opportunities.
