Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Surgical Sales Executive to drive growth in the St. Louis and southern Illinois territory.

You will combine clinical expertise with business acumen to lead product evaluations, support procedural standardization, and achieve sustainable revenue growth. The role requires 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative experience and strong knowledge of surgical products, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or related field with 3–5+ years of OR/perioperative experience.
• Experience selling surgical products and navigating hospital environments.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical product evaluations and drive conversion to implementation.
• Develop territory strategy and account plans for St. Louis and southern Illinois.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product adoption and pricing within guardrails.
