Job summary

Kerry in Clark, NJ is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage short- and mid-term production schedules across manufacturing lines. You will use SAP ECC/APO to plan order fulfillment, manage safety stocks, and coordinate with quality, maintenance, and customer care to meet OTIF goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a planning role, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze root causes and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of planning experience in a supply chain function.
• Experience with SAP ECC/APO is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong planning/analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and is accountable for short- and medium-term production schedule.
• Develops a production plan to maintain designated stock levels.
• Leads weekly scheduling reviews with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Manages SAP dates and master data to keep planning parameters up to date.
• Addresses aged, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and solutions.
