Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Springfield, MO to coordinate supply chain activities from suppliers through manufacturing to customers, supporting planning, scheduling, inventory management, and service improvement.

You will work with procurement, warehouses, and logistics to optimize inventory and working capital, perform data-based decision making using ERP systems, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand and inventory targets.
• Identify actions to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence.
• Coordinate production requirements and schedules with manufacturing teams.
• Support S&OP processes through analysis, scenario evaluation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouses, and logistics providers.

Responsibilities
