Kinder’s is seeking a strategic and data-driven Supply Planning Manager to lead the master production schedule across our multi-site contract manufacturing network. This role balances customer demand, supply chain capacity, and inventory objectives while driving process efficiency and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in master scheduling or supply chain roles, plus strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain experience.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and planning tools.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule across multiple sites.
• Perform capacity planning to meet growth and demand.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and internal teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide alternative production scenarios.
• Lead process improvements to reduce lead times and improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor schedule adherence and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
