Job summary

Kinder’s is expanding rapidly and seeks a dynamic Manager of Demand Planning to lead channel and category forecasting. You will own cross‑functional demand plans and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align activities with fast growth and new product launches.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in demand planning (food/beverage preferred), hands-on experience with Anaplan or SAP IBP, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning, preferably in food & beverage.
• Experience with demand forecasting tools (Anaplan, SAP IBP) and POS data.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate, data-driven demand forecasts across channels.
• Lead S&OP processes and align demand with company goals.
• Partner with Product/Marketing/Sales to integrate new product launches into forecasts.
• Analyze POS data and market trends to drive forecast accuracy.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve service levels and reduce stockouts.
