Kinder's is hiring a Product Supply Operations Planner in Walnut Creek, CA. You will manage end-to-end supply chain processes, align demand with supply, and optimize production plans across cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Director of Production Planning and requires proactive, detail-oriented work in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in planning and supply chain, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• 3+ years planning and supply chain experience.
• Ability to manage complex elements of supplier and 3PL relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.
• Candidate must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products with above average Excel

Responsabilidades

• Assess short term inventory needs aligned to deliver metrics ensuring high levels of Customer Order fill rates coordinating with Contract manufacturers, Quality and Fulfilment teams.
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review production schedules and address issues.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues that could jeopardize supply including material constraints, quality holds, or production issues.
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning, logistics/warehousing, and commercial teams to input on capacity planning.
• Drive speed to market initiatives in new product launches and demand shaping activities.
• Coordinate Co-manufacturer start-ups and capacity enhancements for short-term and long-term needs.
• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to enhance planning and operational processes.
• Data Analysis: Create, Review & Action against Master Production Schedule for Finished Goods.
• Reporting: Track KPIs like schedule adherence, inventory turns, and customer service.
• Review firm order demand and inventory to monitor emergent demand.
• Assist in process improvements around SAP B1 and inventory/production planning methodologies.
• Work with internal and external resources to ensure initiatives deliver on-time and meet targets.
• Work closely with inventory to ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Ensure cost effective supply chain execution and escalation of exceptions.
• Assist in documenting and upkeep of SOPs.
