Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP Master Scheduling, Production Planning, MPR.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with data analysis ability.
• APICS, IBF, IBP, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• DDMRP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize end-to-end supply and replenishment plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and forecast accuracy.
• Drive weekly production prioritization with sites and vendors.
• Provide inputs for short-term capacity planning and monitor performance.
• Analyze trends to refine supply strategies and support growth.
• Maintain replenishment planning systems to generate stock transfers.
• Communicate inventory strategy changes to partner teams.
• Investigate root causes of disruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives like new product launches and inventory rationalization.
• Define inventory targets, including safety stock, to balance availability with excess.
