Job summary

PKR seeks a Supply Planning Lead to own the monthly Supply Review and CMOs SIOP meetings, shaping constrained and unconstrained plans across product families and networks. You balance demand with inventory targets and service levels while coordinating with manufacturing partners.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to provide executive dashboards and recommendations. Strong communication in a regulated healthcare context is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, SIOP, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning meetings in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Supply Review process and CMOs SIOP meetings, documenting supply assumptions, constraints, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
• Develop constrained and unconstrained supply plans across product families, SKUs, and distribution networks.
• Create rolling production and replenishment plans balancing demand, inventory targets, service levels, and capabilities.
• Monitor inventory health, safety stock requirements, excess/obsolete inventory risk, and policies.
• Evaluate manufacturing and supplier capacity, identify constraints, and develop mitigation plans to protect availability.
